Integrayoga

Integrayoga is an Integral Wellness Centre.

It was born with the aim to unite and offer in one place, different tools for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

At Integrayoga they are aware that physical exercise alone is not enough, nor is a good diet alone sufficient for an integral wellbeing, which is why here you can count on a team of specialised professionals to help you and accompany you in your process of self-knowledge and wellbeing.

Integrayoga was founded by two yoga teachers, Patricia Marí from Yoga Punto Can-Pal and Gabriela Vergara from Imai Yoga.

They both have the dream of offering all the possible tools to help you find your way to a healthy life in a personalised way.

A space where you feel free and where you leave feeling renewed.

That is why their motto is: "Hacer salud es amor" (Doing health is love), as they believe that it is the greatest act of love that you can give to yourself and your environment, because when you feel well in all senses, your life becomes more harmonious.
