Spectacular success of Global Wellness Day Ibiza 2024
Another year, this great festival for the well-being of people and the health of our planet has had a huge reception with more than 200 participants.

Warm welcome from participants, talents and collaborators
The day that celebrates the international day for well-being in more than 30 countries around the world, GLOBAL WELLNESS DAY 2024, has been developed with great success in Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.
More than 200 people have welcomed the great talent ambassadors of this edition of the Global Wellness Day Ibiza 2024: Beto Pérez (founder of Zumba®), Jessica Expósito (Zumba® Education Specialist ), José Expósito (X29 Training) and Silverio de la Chica from Own Studio Ibiza.
The opening of the day was attended by representatives of the participating organizations: as organizer, the Ibiza Health and Beauty Health and Wellness Tourism Club; Promotion of Ibiza Tourism.
On this occasion, the Consell Insular d'Eivissa finances the event along with the support of the co-organizer Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and the collaborators Trasmapi and Ushuaïa Ibiza;
Also attending was IbizaPreservation, an environmental association whose work has been supported with the funds raised, under the motto of this year's edition #MagentaNature.
A day to remember
The morning started warming up with the ZUMBA® Master Class by Beto Pérez, a first in Ibiza, which made us sweat to the rhythm of the best music, uniting dance and fitness in a great party in full color, accompanied by his team of dancers.
To continue the party, Jessica Expósito's ZUMBA® FLAMENCO class has surprised us with a very Spanish touch using a fan and making our signature dance a very enjoyable exercise for all ages.
At mid-morning, a healthy breakfast was enjoyed thanks to the courtesy of the hotel with fruits, flavoured waters and energy snacks. Also, attendees received a bag of magnificent gifts such as t-shirts, local cosmetics, merchandising and information from Ibiza Produce.
Final stretch!
After the break, the most fitness part. Along with his sister Jessica, José Expósito is one of the most recognized physical trainers in our country, with his participation in programs such as Operación Triunfo. With him, we have been able to enjoy his X29 Training class (functional training), with more cardio, toning and a zen closure.
And to finish more relaxed and enjoying the benefits of nature on our health, attendees enjoyed a Stretching class in front of the sea led by Silverio de la Chica de Own Studio Ibiza, the personalized and multidisciplinary training company located inside Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.
