The 5th edition of Ibiza Wellness Weekend is coming up!
This October we are once again hosting the largest wellness event on the island of Ibiza: IBIZA WELLNESS WEEKEND 2024

Previous editions of Ibiza Wellness Weekend
On October 2023, a total of 350 sports lovers met in person, and thousands more live through the social networks of our talents.
The highlight was the BIG MASTERCLASS of fitness at the Baluarte de Santa Lucía in Dalt Vila, where more than 100 attendees were able to enjoy a workout led by Cesc Escolá with the sunset in the background and the best beats of Dj Sylvia Operé.
On the last day, the 120 registrants of the Masterclass Day in healthy habits were able to learn the keys to a healthier life thanks to our different talents at the Aguas de Ibiza hotel as the main stage.

What awaits us this year?
In this fifth edition, this great free event to promote wellness tourism on the island will host many activities around wellness, sport, outdoor activities in nature, gastronomy and culture.
The starting shot will be the dramatised visit to Dalt Vila (Eivissa's walled city) on Friday 25th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on its 25th anniversary as a World Heritage City, accompanied by a tasting of local products.
Saturday morning will be dedicated to different outdoor activities, among which you can choose experiences at sea (kayak or paddle surf with Anfibios Ibiza) or on land (biking or Kandani or trekking with The Other Face), in both cases leaving from Talamanca; in the afternoon, you will enjoy the big yoga masterclass by Xuan Luan in the Port of Ibiza, enlivened by the best rhythms of DJ Sylvia Operé & Cristina Quirós and Kirtan Ibiza.
On Sunday, get ready for a full day of health and wellbeing at the Agroturismo Atzaró & Spa thanks to our complete program: we will start with Somatic Expression by Patricia Abad & Mª Giulia Alvigni, we will continue with a Crossfit session by Crossfit Isla Blanca, at 12:00 we will have a short break and half an hour later a Sound Healing session by Atzaró Spa.
At noon, Atzaró chefs Rossina Walter and Elka Mocker will surprise us with a showcooking, accompanied at 15:00 by their Organic Lunch. After lunch, we will continue with "Fluir con potencia" by Yolanda Torres from Abre una ventana, and we will finish this magical weekend with "Chamana" Dance Ritual by Neliah Kandisha and Francesca Marchioro.

Ibiza Wellness Weekend 2024 Talents
This year's “Wellness Ambassador” will be the famous Yoga teacher Xuan Lan, with more than 3 million followers on social media, who will delight us with a great Masterclass at sunset, accompanied by the best music on the island, with a great closing live Kirtan.
As the “Gastronomic Ambassador”, we will have a prominent Healthy Chef and surprise influencer, who together with the Director of Restoration of the Atzaró Group, Rossina Walter, will make us enjoy an interesting Showcooking together and will invite us to Sunday lunch.
Our invited local talents will be: Atzaró Spa wellness team Mª Giulia Alvigini and Patricia Abad with a Somatic Expression class, Crossfit Ibiza for the most fitness activity, Himalayan Sound Bath, Yolanda Torres Life Coach from Abre una Ventana, the renowned Doctor in natural beauty Mosghan Mahrami from Moss Clinic, and Francesca Marchioro& Neliah Kandisha with “Chamana”, for a fun and powerful closing that will put the finishing touch to this great weekend.
As a cultural activity this year we will carry out a walk and dramatized visit through the interior of the walled city of Dalt Vila, recounting part of its history and visiting its most emblematic places, thanks to the Ajuntament d’Eivissa, with a tasting of local products to welcome the Friday, together with the Eating in Ibiza Club.

This great event is organized by Fomento del Turismo de la isla de Ibiza and its Ibiza Health & Beauty Wellness Tourism Club, with the support of Consell Insular d’Eivissa and various collaborators such as Agroturismo Atzaró & Spa and Trasmapi.
Admission is free, but people always want to contribute with a small donation that goes entirely to some important charitable cause on the island for people's health. This year they will be: the APAAC - Pitiusa Association for Aid to People Affected by Cancer and the catering of APFEM AKTUA, for the integration of people with disabilities.
