    "I am Veronica Salas, a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor. My mission is to make yoga, both physical yoga practice, mindfulness, and different breathing techniques accessible to all bodies and all ages.

    Whether you are starting to practice yoga, or if you have a physical or mental condition and your doctor has recommended practicing yoga, I can help you. I will accompany you to move your body, cultivate your mind, breathe consciously to improve your quality of life and ultimately improve your health, well-being and your life."

    • Vinyasa Yoga - A more demanding style of yoga.

    • Therapeutic yoga for people with osteoarthritis, arthritis, kyphosis, scoliosis... as long as the healthcare professional has advised it.
    • Trauma-sensitive yoga: anxiety, oncological, stress, or any trauma, as long as the healthcare professional has advised it.
